Our Story
A Touch of Class Catering started when I was in high school. I knew then that I wanted to be a chef and wanted to make people happy around good food and good company. The picture is the actual menu I sent out to friends (mostly my parents) and teachers. The secretaries at school helped me type out the menu. I had a blast!
Fast forward and we thought it would be fun to bring Touch of Class back to life with easy catered breakfast, lunch and dinner items for your meetings or your special event or perhaps even a dinner ‘to go’. The food quality is the same that you have come to expect from me but it is prepared and served through our Touch of Class catering team.
Yes the menu options have changed since I was in high school.
